Parents often wonder whether their children have a balanced life. Are the expectations put upon their children appropriate for their age and ability? Do they know how to find joy and fun? Are they able to share that with others? Can their children cope with difficult situations, and how do they manage those challenges? If they do have difficulties, who can provide them with support?
This workshop provides an introduction for families to begin exploring mental well-being and stress within their own family. Families will learn some of the common signs of stress and strategies to manage and cope with stress in their lives.
