Transition Planning from Elementary to Highschool

Are you working with students who will soon be transitioning from elementary to high school?  Students with ASD can experience difficulty with the many changes they will experience during this transition.  What are these changes, and how can adults plan for a smoother transition? This workshop will provide important information that will help school teams to plan for a student’s transition from elementary to high school.
