Danni Reid is a board certified behavior analyst. She holds a Masters’ degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis and Autism from The Sage Colleges in Albany, New York. Her areas of interest currently include improving social skills, supporting safety in the community, increasing daily living skills, using self regulation and coregulation strategies and building skills to increase participation within the community. She believes some of the most crucial skills we can teach our students with autism include teaching effective communication and self advocacy, teaching coping strategies, building persistence, expanding leisure and social skills and developing self management/monitoring strategies. In her spare time, Danni enjoys watching movies, volunteering at church, exploring new restaurants, singing, ballroom dancing and Jiu-Jitsu.
